He was predeceased by: his mother Elena Moreno; his wife Eva Moreno; his father Hilario Moreno; and his sister María Elena Moreno Puente. He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca Ramirez (Eliazar) and Blanca Anglin (Frank); his grandchildren, Ricardo Ramirez, Laura Marissa Ramirez (Joe Lozano), Alyssa Anglin (Jordan Gutierrez) and Laurie Beth Anglin; his great grandchildren, Matthew Kobe Lozano and Lilliana Marie Lozano; his nieces and nephews, Maria Isabel, Carmen and Armando Puente; and his brother-in-law Apolinar Puente.

All individuals are encouraged to follow CDC guidelines by socially distancing a minimum space of 6 feet apart and face covers, or masks are recommended.
