It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elvira Ortiz (Harlingen, Texas), who passed away on March 28, 2018, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her children, Jorge, Jr. and Elizabeth Ortiz. She is survived by: her husband Jorge Ortiz; her children, Lidia Garza (Ernesto), Araceli Ortiz and Elvira Ortiz; and her grandchildren, Amanda, Bianca, Kassandra, Michael and Richard. She is also survived by great granddaughter on the way; and numerous nieces & nephews.
