We are sad to announce that on January 4, 2021, at the age of 87, Elma Foster of Harlingen, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Foster (Bill); her parents, Paul Coy and Rebecca Salazar; her stepfather Edward Block; and her sister America Pipes.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Lee Foster, Robert Wayne Foster and Sharon Diane Foster; her grandson Justin Hensz; and her siblings, Paul Coy (Krenna), Richard Coy and Mary Taylor. She is also survived by her mother and two sisters.
