Pedraza; his daughter Noelia Garcia; his son-in-law Ramiro Moreno; and his siblings, Beatriz Montoya, Maria Pedraza, Senaida Martinez, Clemente Martinez, Isidra Martinez Pedraza and Santiaga Martinez.

He is survived by: his children, Minerva Torres (Andres), Rosa Molina (Juan), Magdalena "Maggie" Moreno, Isaac M. Pedraza (Nora), Eddie Pedraza (Rosa), Eliseo Pedraza Jr. and Jesus Elias Pedraza; his son-in-law Angel Garcia; and his sister Ruth Pedraza. He is also survived by 40 Grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
