He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Magdaleno Martinez and Catalina Martinez; his wife Maria Cantu Martinez; his children, Jesus Martinez, Eduardo Martinez, Efrain Martinez, Veronica Warden (Magdaleno Ybarra, Jr.), Catalina Martinez, Esmeralda Martinez, Fernando Martinez and Sonia Tamez (Fernando, Jr.); and his brother Armando Perez Hernandez. He was also cherished by 14 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
