He is survived by: his children, Keith Adams (Elaine) of Harlingen, Gayle Misenhimer (Dale) of Harlingen, Sharon Self (Ricky) of Spring, Janet Whorton (Jimmy) of Montgomery and Judy Adams (Sandie Shultz) of Harlingen; his grandchildren, Erin, Evie Adams, Kara Misenhimer-Pinheiro (Edgard), Kenny Misenhimer (Amy), Andrew Self (Kathryn), Avery Key (James), Jennifer Horton (Taylor), Jeffrey and Jacob Whorton; and his siblings, Harriet Grayson and Earl Adams (Dari Gale). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
