He is survived by: his wife Martha Ostrowski; his sister Mary Gene Garbutt; his children, Monica Blackwell (Will), Milissa Taylor and EdE Ostrowski; his grandchildren, Justin Dees (Amber), Jesika Morgan (Brett), Clay Blackwell (Evelyn) and Wyatt Blackwell; his great grandchildren, Savannah Himes, Adison Dees, Jase Dees, Drake Morgan, Emersyn Dees, Ava Dawn Morgan, Hollis Dees and Waylon Blackwell; his niece Michelle O'Ferrall (Brian); and his nephews, Joe Garbutt (Cheryl) and Tim Garbutt (Kristine).
