She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Hays Brown; her parents, Armond Coyn Stamps and Bernice Opal Shockley Stamps; and her son Richard Glenn Brown. She is survived by: her daughter Bonnie Brown Perry; and her sisters, Winonna Stamps and Jerree Stamps. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Raymondville Memorial Cemetery (2159 E Hidalgo Ave, Raymondville, TX 78580).
