She was predeceased by: her parents, Garfield Haskell and Rena Haskell (Miller); her husband Donald Ray Shank; her sister Jean Haskell; her son-in-law David Hay; and her siblings-in-law, Wally Kracht, Jess Janus, Larry Dee and Betty Janus.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jody Hay, Lori Gwaltney (Dale) and Stacy Reinhofer (Rob); her grandchildren, Ashley, Drew, Sarah, Beth, Taylor, Troy, Claire and Kim; her siblings, Simone Kracht and Dennis Haskell (Nancy); and her brother-in-law Bob Shank (Bonnie). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
