He is survived by: his wife Virginia Lozano; his children, Rebecca L. Lozano, David M. Lozano Jr. (Tammy), Donald Michael Lozano and Patricia Lozano (Trish); his stepchildren, Heather Cambel (Carson), Norma L. Alfaro (Edward), Veronica Lynn Vasquez, Tacho R. Garza III (Connie) and Alan R. Garza (Erica); and his grandchildren, Daniel M. Lozano II and Miranda R. Lozano.
