He was predeceased by: his parents, Inocencio Garcia and Lucila Garcia. He is survived by: his siblings, Inocencio Garcia Jr., Martha Guillen, Hilda Carr, Gloria Garcia, Olga Garcia and Rosalinda Garcia; and his close friend Blanca Magallanes. He is also survived by four nephews, four nieces, numerous cousins, and other relatives.
