She was predeceased by: her father David Martinez; and her grandfather Daniel Martinez. She is survived by: her mother Belinda Chavez; her son Izrael M. Martinez; her stepfather Andres Cavazos, Jr.; her boyfriend Samuel H. Izaguirre; her siblings, David Martinez, Jr. (Raven Rivera), Toni Martinez (Juan Tamayo, Jr.), Blanca Rodriguez (Ramiro), Sunshine Martinez (Richard) and Adriana Cavazos; and her grandparents, Federico, Sandra Chavez and Oralia Martinez. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, & other relatives.
