It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Cooper in Harlingen, Texas, born in Alameda, California, who passed away on May 14, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his daughter Danielle Webb (Joel); his grandsons, Marshall Webb (Mercedes), Nathan Webb and Jordan Cooper; his great grandchild Arcadia Webb; his brothers-in-law, Bill Ellington (Judy) and Dan Ellington (Bev); his sister Marilyn Rice (Carrol); his niece Michelle Pearson (Jason); his nephews, Cole Pearson, Tanner Pearson, Chris Ellington (Rachel), Scott Ellington (Nikki) and Adam Ellington (Kristi); and his friends, Jerry McKee (Karen), Kaitlyn McKee, Jim, Dee Workman, Scott Workman (Shannon) and Susan Workman (Gilles).
