He is survived by: his parents, Jose Tarango and Leticia Tarango of Harlingen, TX; his son Elijah Tarango of Avon, CO; and his brother Michael Tarango of Groves, TX.. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephew & cousins.
