He is survived by: his wife Lucille Payne; his siblings-in-law, Linda Payne, Vernon Crouch and Cathy Crouch; his cousins, Junior and Ruth Phillips; his nieces, Debi Lewis, Dorrie Fricano, Samantha Korkosz and Michelle Todd; and his nephew Adam Crouch.
