She was predeceased by: her parents, Jorge Ortiz and Elvira Ortiz; and her siblings, Elizabeth, Jorge and Carlos.
She is survived by: her sisters, Lidia Garza (Ernesto) and Elvira Ortiz; her nieces and nephews, Amanda Dittmar (Josh), Bianca Garza, Kassandra Ortiz, Michael and Richard Noyola; her great-nieces, Elizabeth "Ellie" and Aliza Galvan; her great-nephew Liam Rey Noyola; and her caregiver Janie.
