He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his son Tony Jr.; his stepson Royjustin Pena; and his siblings, Reyes, Greg, Ernest, Manuel Montemayor and Guadalupe Montemayor. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
