She was predeceased by: her parents, Guadalupe Garza and Lucia L. Garza; her husband Samuel Zapata; her son Porfirio Mancillas Jr.; and her brothers, Telesforo Garza and Oscar Garza.
She is survived by: her daughter Lucia Mancillas-Vega (Anthony); her grandchildren, Zerena, Makayla Emma, Audrey, Adelynn, Samantha and Porfirio Mancillas III; and her siblings, Raquel Garza, Guadalupe Garza Jr., Ruben Garza (Maria), Gloria Garza (Joel), Ester Garza and Rebecca Garza (Selvera). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
