He was predeceased by: his brother Wayne Chambers; and his former wives, Sheila and Cathy. He is survived by: his wife Leslie Howell Chambers; his children, Steven Chadd Chambers, Shannon Renae Blassingame (Robert) and Colt Chance Chambers (Dana); his brother Bobby Chambers; his sister-in-law Peggy Ford Chambers; and his grandchildren, Brooke, Blake, James, Mason, Caroline, Evelyn, Taylor and Addie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
