He is survived by: his wife Judy Francis; his sons, Brian Francis (Teri), Kevin Francis and Lance Francis; and his siblings, David Lee Francis, Kenneth Wayne "Todgee" Francis, James Howard, Murl Robbins, Nell "Nellie" Morgan, Shirley Jean McGee and Mildred Darlene Thomas. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
