He is survived by: his parents, Harry Kenton Carpenter and Patty Carpenter (Smith); his children, Cari Capenter, Kevin Carpenter and Carol Anne Carpenter; his brothers, Harry Carpenter, Jr., Mike Capenter, Chris Stevens and Scott Stevens; and his grandchildren, Ashton Carpenter, Avery Carpenter, Reigne Carpenter, Madison Rhymes and Kiley Carpenter.
