He was predeceased by: his parents, John Frederick Holt and Marjorie Anne Novotny Holt; and his wife Donna Lee Holt (Paist). He is survived by: his children, Richard, Gretchen Pearson (Andrew), Joanna Holt-Melton (Jerry), Gregory Holt (Sol) and Jeffrey Holt; his grandchildren, Emily Pearson, Nathan Melton and Mackenzie Melton; and his siblings, Steve Holt, Marilyn Preston and Jackie Clark.
