He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Allen and Brenda Williams Allen; and his brother Brent Allen. He is survived by: his wife Amy Allen; his children, Joseph Allen, Kacie Crossland, Kaitlyn Miller (Chad Miller), Ripley Dean and Courtney Allen; and his grandchildren, Jeremiah Bookout, Bailey Miller, Luna Crossland, Luca Crossland and Freya Crossland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
