She was predeceased by: her husband Col. Roger W. Strickland MD; and her parents, Chia Jong Tong and Sok Yin Chow. She is survived by: her daughters, Dr. Amanda Strickland MD and Dr. Nicole Strickland MD; her siblings, Teresa Yim, Daisy Tiffany, Dr. Anna McNay MD and Paul Tong; her nieces, Sophia Yim, Dr. Amy Clements PharmD, Audrey McNay and Carolyn McNay; and her nephew Alex Saldivar.
