The memory of Joslyn Victor Portmann of Harker Heights, Texas, who passed away on January 27, 2025 at the age of 86, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Portmann and Catherine Portmann; his siblings, Stanley and Georgia; and his daughter Amy.
He is survived by: his wife Marty; and his daughters, Caroline (Eddie), Sara (Bryan) and Kari (Tim). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church (3501 E Elms Rd, Killeen, TX 76542). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Central Texas Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to FUMC Killeen or the Central Texas Wreaths for Veterans.
