He was predeceased by: his parents, Eunice Bond Modisette and James Otho Modisette; his siblings, James Osburn Modisette and Earline Sydney Britnell; and his daughter Ramona Nell Modisette.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Modisette; his sister Joan Clemontine McGinnis; his children, Robert Lane Modisette (Melissa) and Rhonda Gayle Ewell (Kelvin); and his grandchildren, Jimmy Dale, Crystal, Mason, Mallory and Madison.
