He was predeceased by: his father Gordon Thurman Allen; his uncle Marshall "Marty" McCreight; and his cousin Rex McCreight. He is survived by: his brother Steve Allen (Avie); his children, Reginald Mays Allen, Makenzie Allen (Carlos) and Toby Allen (Abby); his grandchildren, Graham, Cydnie, Tobia, Cooper, Colbie and Copen; his nieces, Carrie Escamilla and Shelley Green; and his nephew Tim Allen.
