She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Cecil Meadows and Johnye May Brandon Meadows; her husband Toby; her sisters, Faye Colvin, Pat Sims and Jerry Glover; and her great grandchildren, Jasmyne Cole and Isaiah Harmon.
She is survived by: her children, David Dagle (Kathy), Elaine Sisco and Kenny Dagle; her sisters, Bonnie Fontenot, Marie Martin (David), Lois Fregia and Peggy Taylor (Ramey); and her close friends, Denise Frankum and Claudette Thompson. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
