It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Williams of Happy, Texas, born in Hollis, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 24, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Andrew and Gracie Leo Kelley; her husband Robert Omer Williams; and her children, Patricia Ann Northcutt, Rockey Williams of Jay, OK, Jimmy (Dena Williams) of Tyler, TX and Tammy Williams of Amarillo, TX. She was also cherished by several grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
