He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Leavitt (C. J.) and Myrtle Leavitt (Farr); his wife Clara Omega Leavitt; his sister Peggy White; his grandson Randall J. Leavitt, Jr.; his children, Randy, Lynn Leavitt, Darla Davis, Kerry Bunch and Ricky Leavitt; and his grandchildren, Emily Leavitt, Hannah Leavitt, Waylon Leavitt, Sadie Rogriguez (David), Taylor Chiantaretto (Zane), Harley Davis, Ben Bunch and Lillie Bunch.
He is survived by: his brother David (Judy Leavitt); and his brother-in-law George (Linda White). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
