He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Tomblin and Beverly Ann Tomblin. He is survived by: his wife Glennewyn 'Sissy Tomblin; and his children, LaTonya Croxdale (Zack Dugan), Randy Phillips (Shelly), Marcy Cloud (Matt), Amanda Phillips, Stephanie Oatman, Kelly Tomblin, Jesse Tomblin (Leah) and Mary Johnson. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; three brothers; and one sister.
