He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Mae Smith and Theodore R Miller Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Miller; his son Roger Miller; and his grandchildren, Ashley Miller and Roger Ted Miller. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
