He was predeceased by: his mother Josephine Guerra; his brother Ponciano Guerra Jr.; his father Ponciano Guerra Sr.; and his brother Oscar Guerra. He is survived by: his children, Francine Guerra of Abilene, Nathan Guerra and Frank Anthony Guerra (Nicole) of Hamlin; and his grandchildren, Desirae Young (Raymond) of Tahoka, Dorian Barrientes (Destiny) of Abilene, Dominic, Elani, Elissa Flores and Elijah Guerra of Abilene. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
