She was predeceased by: her stepmother Mildred Jones; and her siblings, Ray Jones, Wanda Jones Mehl, Barbara Jones Bowman and Travis Jones.
She is survived by: her aunt Vera; her uncle Britt Baker; her husband Clyde R. Lewis; her daughter Cheryl of Hamlin; her sisters, Linda Jones Carmack of Eunice, N. M. and Marilyn Jones McCormick (Don) of Levelland; and her brother-in-law Ted Bowman of Wichita Falls. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and countless cousins and friends.
