It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jim Henry Townsend Jr. of Hamilton, Texas, who passed away on February 19, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Henry Townsend, Sr. and Addie Lee Townsend (Mosley). He is survived by: his wife Virginia Townsend of Hamilton, Texas; his sons, Michael Townsend of Hondo, Texas and Randall Townsend (Tammy) of Hamilton, Texas; his grandchildren, Destiny LaPage, Kassidy Townsend and Tannah Stobaugh; and his great grandchildren, Lucas, Taizlee, Tesla and Atlas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
