It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Boen of Hamilton, Texas, born in Gorman, Texas, who passed away on October 11, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Truman Boen and Dessie Snider Boen; his former wife Sharyn Boen; his son David Earl Boen; his granddaughter Melanie Sheetz; and his siblings, Leon Boen, Elaine Boen and Nancy Boen.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Boen; his children, Jackson Boen (Becky) and Janece Sheetz (Steve); his stepchildren, David Kinsey (Cindy), Cody Kinsey (Crystal) and Kris Torres (Tommy); his sister Shirley Quinn; and his grandchildren, Sarah Lain, Hannah Schmitt, Jonathan Boen, Sky Torres, Roman Torres, Morgan Cogburn, Carissa Oglesby and Catherine Kinsey. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
