He is survived by: his wife Patricia Carter; his children, Randy Carter, Robert "Bobby" Smith (Kim), Michelle Smith (Darrin Goodwin) and Paul Carter (Jill); his grandchildren, Brendon Smith, Thomas, Hudson Smith, Chris Morrison, Alyssa Shaw, Lauren Swank, Zachary Carter, Kaytlyn Andrews, Kyler Carter and Makayla Carter; his brother Wayne Carter; his aunt Polly Truslow; and his brother Lester Carroll.
