She was predeceased by: her parents, Thurmon Johnson and Virgie Johnson; her daughter Susan Scivally Stuart; her daughter-in-law Karen Little Scivally; and her siblings, Wayne, Keith, Lowell, Lynn, Van and Kay Hodge.
She is survived by: her husband Roy Lavern Scivally Sr.; her children, Roy Scivally Jr. of Dallas, Tammy Scivally Hale of Watauga, Cliff Scivally (Christina) of Springtown and Rob Scivally (Brandy) of Watauga; her son-in-law Mike Stuart of Haltom City; and her sister Jan Hilton of Mansfield. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and multiple nieces and nephews.
