He is survived by: his wife Katherine Dominguez; his children, Wendy Arizola, Mike Arizola Jr., Leonardo Arizola and Nefertiti Arizola; and his brother Rudolph Arizola. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
