She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Leona Taylor and William Henry Tickle; her husband Evann Cornwell; her siblings, Dean Tickle, Ila McElwrath, Henry Tickle and Nell Fuller; her grandson Donald Thomason; and her son-in-law James Dieffenwierth.

She is survived by: her daughters, Janis Parks (Bill) and Vicki Dieffenwierth; her grandchildren, DeeDra Parks, Douglas Parks (Hillarie) and Kelli Clark (Tony); and her great grandchildren, Zachary Parks, Halee Thomason, Mackenzie Clark, Cameron Clark, Addison Clark, Evan Clark, Reagan Parks and Rhett Parks. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
