She was predeceased by: her parents, David Russell McBride, Sr. and Velma Katy Peckman McBride; her husband Clarence Spradlin; her siblings, David Russell McBride, Jr. and Freddie McBride; and her niece Rita Hendrickson.
She is survived by: her sons, Danny Spradlin and Michael Spradlin (Carroll); her grandchildren, Michael Spradlin (Danielle) and Cara Spradlin Hunter (Andrew); her great grandchildren, Ian Spradlin (Sophia) and Michael Andrew Hunter; and her sisters, Louise Boles and Joyce Moore (John). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and relatives.
