He is survived by: his son Anthony; his grandson Michael; his close friend Rita; his wife Rita Ford; his siblings, Tony, Mark Ford and Candy (Bill Thornburg); his daughter Lisa Ford; his stepchildren, Jessica Carr, Michael Carr and Ernest Trevino; and his nephew Reverend David Ford. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and cousins.
