He was predeceased by: his parents, Hildred Brooks and Louise Brooks; and his sister Gloria Louise Burton. He is survived by: his children, Bandi Ellsworth (Brian) of Midlothian, Cabel Brooks (Amber) of Burleson and Carol Brooks; and his grandchildren, Brooke, Shaelyn and Bethany. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
