She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Winfield Bently Horn Jr.; her parents, Raymond F. Kelley and Emily May Chadwick; and her children, Winfield B. Horn III, Donna Spangle N. Y. (William), Helen Stuck N. Y. (Robert) and Lorrie Pemble. She was also cherished by many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
