He is survived by: his children, Shyann of Lincoln, Candace of Fort Worth, David Jr. of Hudson Oaks, Jon of Forth Worth and Erik of Forth Worth. He is also survived by brothers; sister; and a host of grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
