With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecil Wilburn Throckmorton of Haltom City, Texas, born in Covington, Texas, who passed away on October 13, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, J. W. Throckmorton and Mattie Throckmorton; his wife Velma Jackson Throckmorton; and his brother Billy Throckmorton (Mary). He was also cherished by 10 step children; 18 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
