Akins; her daughter Anna Ruth Akins Collins (Jack Collins); her grandchildren, Jack Collins, Brad Collins, Ken Collins (Nancy Chaffin Collins) and Andrea Akins Schuler (Dave Schuler); her great grandchildren, Megan Collins Rogers (Michael Rogers), Shaney Collins, Verity Collins, Emma Simmons, Landry Collins, Logan Collins, Ashton Davis, Lainey Collins, Chloe Schuler, Lyric Chaney and Emory Dale Rogers; her nephew Howard Smalley of Delaware; and her nieces, Norby Pratt of Colorado Springs, Colo and Linda Andrews of Ada, Okla.. She is also survived by the children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
