It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bennie Charles Proctor (Haltom City, Texas), born in Stephenville, Texas, who passed away on September 26, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Theresa Phillips. He is survived by: his spouse Doris Proctor; his sons, Jerrel Proctor (Felicia) and Chuck Proctor (Anna); and his brother Hubert Proctor (Sara). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
