He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harlan and Willard Pauline Stephens; and his son David Wayne Stephens. He is survived by: his son Joseph Adam Stephens; his daughter-in-law Elizabeth Dawn Stephens; and his daughter Laura Graves Brown. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cammack Family Welch Funeral Home (4619 Judson Rd, Longview, TX 75605). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
A proud Freemason, he was deeply involved in the brotherhood, embodying its values of charity, truth, and brotherly love.
