It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Gaines of Hallsville, Texas, born in Marshall, Texas, who passed away on January 7, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Kale of Joaquin Texas; her stepfather Tom Harrell; and her husband Charles Rowe of Hallsville, Texas.. She is survived by: her mother Alyne Harrell. She is also survived by Three sisters.
